那么如何有效地通过外企的外语口试呢?
凡事不打无准备之仗,首先要仔细阅读招聘方发布的招聘广告内容,大部分知名外企都会以外文形式刊登招聘广告,如果连招聘广告的内容都阅读不明白的话,那肯定就不用去参加应聘了。招聘广告的内容一般包括“企业简介”、“招聘职位要求”以及“岗位职责”等相关信息,了解应聘职位需要哪些素质。仔细阅读后将这些内容记住,在面试时很有可能派上用场。
其次,在面试的前一晚应该充分准备一下,设想面试官可能问到的问题,准备一般性的回答语句,但切忌生搬硬套,而是要灵活运用和把握。在即将找工作之前注意多收听英语广播,看看英语报纸并进行大声朗读。如果平时外语口语好,应付面试自然没什么问题,但对大部分平时口语不太好的应聘者来说,做好充分的准备仍大有必要。
